J. Brian Chase | President and Founder
Brian is one of three managing partners who founded Landmark in 2002. Prior to his role with Landmark, Brian served as Regional Property Manager for Thalhimer in Richmond, VA. During his tenure with Thalhimer, from 1994-2002, Brian oversaw the management of both apartments and commercial office buildings. Brian is a graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech) with a B.S. in Property Management. He is also a licensed Virginia Real Estate Salesperson. Brian has held positions as Vice President and member of the Board of Directors of the Virginia Apartment Management Association (VAMA), member of the Independent Rental Owners and Legislative Committee for the National Apartment Association (NAA) and President and Vice President of the Central Virginia Apartment Association (CVAA).
M. Pinson Neal | CEO and Founder
Pinson is one of three managing partners who founded Landmark in 2002. Prior to Landmark, Pinson served as the Director of Residential Property Management for Insignia Thalhimer. During his 12 year tenure with Thalhimer, Pinson was responsible for the management of 4,000 multifamily units located in the Richmond and Hampton Roads markets. Pinson also managed tax credit and receiverships properties, condominium units and commercial properties. Pinson specializes in the legal aspects of residential housing including court work, trials and collection of bad debt. Pinson is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University and holds a Post Baccalaureate Certificate in Real Estate and Urban Land Development. He is a Certified Property Manager through the Institute of Real Estate Management and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Virginia and North Carolina. Pinson has held positions as Secretary and President of the Central Virginia Apartment Association (CVAA) and member of the Board of Directors for the Virginia Apartment Management Association (VAMA), Richmond Apartment Management Association and Chapter 38 of the Institute of Real Estate Management.
Judy Olive | CFO and Founder
Judy is one of three managing partners who founded Landmark in 2002. Prior to Landmark, Judy served as Assistant Vice President for Thalhimer. During her 16 year tenure, Judy was responsible for the Accounting and Technology needs of residential and commercial projects. She has significant experience in managing and producing financial statements for multifamily complexes, single-family dwellings and commercial shopping centers; along with managing the automation of multifamily sites, consisting of adding computer equipment, connectivity of that equipment with the internet based accounting system for processing of day to day operations. Judy is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University with a B.S. in Accounting and has served on the advisory board for ECPI. She is also a licensed Virginia Real Estate Broker.
Kathryn Hall | Senior Regional Manager

Kathryn has over 19 years of experience in the property management industry. She has served as a Regional Manager with Landmark Property Services, Inc. for 10 years and currently oversees all of Landmark's tax credit communities. Kathryn is an HCCP Tax Credit Specialist, a Licensed Virginia Real Estate Salesperson and has served as a Board Member for the Central Virginia Apartment Association (CVAA) and a member of CVAA's Legislative Committee. Prior to joining Landmark, Kathryn worked with Thalhimer as a Commercial and Residential Property Manager in Newport News, VA. Kathryn is a graduate of Virginia Wesleyan College with a degree in Business Administration.

Jill has over 26 years of experience in the property management industry. Jill currently oversees Landmark's properties in North Carolina and Virginia Beach. Prior to working with Landmark, Jill served as a Regional Manager with Gumenick Properties. Jill graduated from the University of Vermont in Burlington and is a licensed Virginia Real Estate Salesperson. Jill has held numerous leadership roles with the Central Virginia Apartment Association (CVAA) and other industry affiliates.
Lauren Curley | Marketing Director

Lauren currently oversees all marketing initiatives for Landmark’s portfolio including the company’s strategic marketing plan, digital marketing strategy, market research and social media. Lauren began her career in the property management industry as a leasing agent with Management Services Corporation (MSC) and was soon promoted to a Multi-Site Property Manager, overseeing six student communities in Charlottesville, VA. Because of her background in Marketing, Ms. Curley was promoted to Marketing Manager of MSC’s Main Office in 2007. Ms. Curley joined the Landmark team in 2010. She is a graduate of the University of Virginia and currently services as a member of the Board of Directors for the Central Virginia Apartment Association (CVAA).

Debra currently serves as the Director of Association Services. She launched the Community Association Division of Landmark Property Services, Inc. in 2002. Currently, she serves as Director of Association Services responsible for the management of three thousand units throughout the Richmond and Tri-City area. Prior to Landmark, Debra served as a Regional Property Manager at Thalhimer where she managed single family residential houses, multi-family apartment communities, and commercial real estate. Previously, Debra worked at Century 21 Old Richmond Realty where she served as Director of Property Management, and Sea Bay Development Corporation as Hotel & Property Manager in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Debra is a member of the Central Virginia Community Association Institute (CAI), the Richmond Association of Realtors, and a Certified Manger of Community Associations (CMCA). She received a Bachelor's degree from Longwood College.
Melinda S. Thompson | Regional Property manager

Melinda currently serves as a Regional Property Manager. She has been in this position since 2003 and currently supervises nine condominium and townhouse communities in the Richmond area. Her responsibilities include managing, budgeting and coordinating maintenance for each site. Before coming to Landmark, she worked at Thalhimer for 9 years as a Commercial Property Manager and was responsible for over one million square feet of commercial space. Previously Melinda worked as a Commercial Property Manger at Elam & Funsten Real Estate in Richmond as well as the Collection Manager at Pollard & Bagby in Richmond. Melinda is currently a member of numerous Richmond-based real estate associations, earned her Bachelor’s degree from Bridgewater College and has been a licensed real estate agent in Virginia since 1994.
