| Experience |
- Previously, Director of Residential Property Management at Insignia Thalhimer, Pinson was responsible for the management of 4,000 multifamily units located in the Richmond and Hampton Roads markets. The portfolio also included an additional 400 units consisting of single family, duplexes and smaller apartment buildings managed in and around Richmond.
- Responsibilities included the coordination and implementation of policies and procedures for over 150 full and part time employees and direct oversight of the property managers that handle the day to day management of apartments, condominums and single family homes.
- Responsible for Tax credit and receiverships properties, during his 12 year tenure with Insignia Thalhimer Pinson also managed condominium and commercial properties.
- Pinson had significant previous experience with multi-family housing with a local owner and developer, with emphasis on the legal aspects of residential housing. This included all court work, trials, and collection of bad debts for the entire portfolio, consisting of more than 1,200 units. Pinson's familiarity with the Virginia Landlord Tenant Act is especially beneficial to his current clients.
